Open the dial pad and enter the secret code *#27663368378#. Do not press the call it will automatically opens the Service Mode Menu
Step 3: Select Debug Screen
You would now be at UMTS MAIN MENU under Service Mode, Now select the [1] Debug Screen
Step 4: Select Phone Control
When the DEBUG SCREEN opens you will see the six options, select [6] PHONE CONTROL
Step 5: Select Network Lock
When the PHONE CONTROL screen opens, you will see six options, select [6] NETWORK LOCK
Step 6: Select Perso Sha256 Off
On the next screen you will see three options, select [3] PERSO SHA256 OFF
Step 7: Go back to Main Menu and select Common
Now Go back to Main Menu by tapping the Menu button and select Back option from Menu. Now again you are on the UMTS MAIN MENU, select [6] COMMON
Step 8: Select NV Rebuild
On selecting the COMMON a next page opens, then select [6] NV REBUILD
Step 9: Restore Back up and Reboot
On the next screen of NV REBUILD you will see a notification that a Golden-Backup exist. now select [4] Restore Back-up
Your device will automatically reboot after few minutes, once it is on your phone will be network unlocked and now you can use any SIM Card which is compatible with your phone model.
