Step 1: Open the phone and type *#06# to get the IMEI number of your device, and write down IMEI number separately.

*Note: No Sim card is needed to unlock the phone, after phone is unlocked remove the battery and insert the new sim and re insert the battery. Phone must be restarted to use the new network provider.
