Step 1: Open the phone and type *#06# to get the IMEI number of your device, and write down IMEI number separately.

Step 3 : Turn off your Blackberry device and insert a Sim to the Sim slot, now turn on your Blackberry and go to “Manage Connections” & “Turn all Connections” set to off. *Note: No Sim card is needed to unlock the phone, after phone is unlocked remove the battery and insert the new sim and re insert the battery. Phone must be restarted to use the new network provider.
